Glenn Lebby is a proud third generation owner of Williams-Cleaveland Company. Glenn grew up in New Castle, PA and attended college at Boston University, where he obtained a Business degree from the School of Management. Glenn joined the agency in 1982 and was licensed for property and casualty, life and health, in 1983. Glenn obtained the CPCU professional designation in 1989, from the American Institute of Property and Liability Underwriters, Inc and the CWCA designation in 2009, from the Institute of Work Comp Professionals. Glenn supports and has always been a member of the Independent Insurance Agents Association and the Insurance Agents & Brokers of Pennsylvania.
Glenn had the foresight to accept the offer to join Keystone Insurers Group as a partner in 2003, the same year he became President of Williams-Cleaveland Company. This decision has placed the agency in elite status with regard to product availabilty, industry networking and resources access, and intellectual capital.
